Badge Refusal: In response to the gentleman who at 85 can't get a blue badge, my father, who is 76 , has been refused twice. Why? Because he was observed walking in to be assessed. He has suffered a stroke, has chronic bronchitis, asthma, and recently suffered a collapsed lung. He takes Warfarin, and has never claimed a penny in his life.
