Young duo Lucie Harper and Hannah Gosling have made it through to the next stage of a national competition.

The Endon High School pupils, who perform under the name Amity, were one of eight acts accepted for the North West area final of Live and Unsigned after a heat in Salford at the weekend. They didn't think they had made it because they rushed their songs but were pleased with the final result.
